Mountz will be displaying its new cordless torque tools, pulse tools as well as other torque tools.

Mountz will showcase two new products at the Medical Design & Manufacturing West event. The FlexPower Cordless Screwdriver is designed for applications where air or electric power is not easily accessible. Built for torque control and durability, the cordless torque tools are built around the 10.8V and 14.4V high capacity lithium-ion battery platforms. These rugged cordless assembly tools increase productivity and enhance product quality through precision torque control and user comfort.

Mountz, Inc. will also introduce a complete line of shut off and non shut off pulse tools to a growing pneumatic tool lineup branded FlexPower by Mountz. Built for high production environments, FlexPower pulse tools provide durability, power and speed for industrial assembly applications ranging from 4-150 N.m covering bolt sizes M5-M14. FlexPower tools are designed for safe, reaction free operation in straight, pistol and angle configurations with ¼” female hex and square drive options. FlexPower offers comfortable rubberized non-slip grips for easy handling and excellent thermal ergonomics. Low noise decibels, minimal vibration and low torque reaction make FlexPower a safe ergonomic selection.

Mountz will also feature its E-DRIV brushless electric torque screwdrivers. Designed for high production environments, the electric torque screwdrivers feature a high performance brushless motor design that provides durability and reduces the standard maintenance costs for electric screwdrivers. Additionally, costly mechanical micro switches have been eliminated in the brushless electric torque screwdrivers in favor of non-contact magnetic sensors. In addition to lower maintenance costs, the brushless electric torque screwdrivers are ESD certified, ensuring less than 1 Ohm at the bit tip. ESD management in power tools ensures product quality, cost savings and a reduction in overall ESD failures.
