Ms. Karen Sarid joins Alma Lasers Ltd. as President

Alma Lasers Ltd. announced today that Ms. Karen Sarid has joined the company in the role of president, effective January 1st, 2012.

As president, Ms. Sarid assumes a full-time role with a special emphasis on overseeing the strategic direction of Alma Lasers as it seeks to strengthen its position as a leader in the medical aesthetic industry. She will work closely with Alma Lasers CEO, Dr. Ziv Karni in implementing strategic projects.

Ms. Sarid, has a proven track record in management, having held senior positions in a number of Israel's leading technology and medical device companies including; Syeron Medical, Galil Medical, Orex Radiography, Forsoft and ESC Medical (later to become Lumenis). In addition, Ms. Sarid serves on the Board of several public companies, including EZchip, Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., Oridion Systems Ltd.
