NASA Pilots Imaginatik to Tap into Its Universe of Knowledge

LONDON and BOSTON – September 10, 2010 –Imaginatik plc (AIM:IMTK), a leading provider of enterprise Idea Management and Innovation Management solutions, is pleased to announce that it is partnering on a pilot project with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the U.S. government agency responsible for aeronautics and aerospace research.

Under the terms of the agreement, NASA will employ Imaginatik’s Idea Central software, to help develop innovative ideas and collaborative teams to solve key technical challenges. In addition, Imaginatik will provide a comprehensive set of professional consulting services to assist NASA in project planning, software configuration and implementation, and assessment of results.
