Veriteq Instruments — a leading supplier of monitoring, alarming and validation equipment — today announced the release of a data recorder for measuring multiple temperature environments — simultaneously, reducing equipment needs and installation time and cost.Veriteq’s self-powered, palm-sized 1016/1416 series is designed to provide fail-safe records for a group of chambers, up to 4, including -80°C ultra-low temperature freezers, fridges and incubators.Measuring environments with different operating ranges is the key. Using a single logger to do the job of several can significantly reduce the need to purchase and install additional loggers and network devices , as well as calibration costs later on.
“When there is a close grouping of temperature-sensitive products being held at different set-points, the 1016/1416 recorder and viewLinc™ software is a convenient solution that brings down the cost of purchase, installation and ownership for automated monitoring, alarming and reporting,” says Veriteq VP Marketing Ken Appel.
Ideal for GxP regulated temperature-sensitive applications, such as those found in pharmaceutical, biotech and medical labs, the loggers can be installed anywhere an out-of-spec environment puts proof-of-compliance or product efficacy at risk.
Veriteq goes to great lengths to ensure accuracy with NIST-traceability and multipoint calibration, especially in very low temperature ranges. The company uses highly specialized liquid baths rated for -100°C in its own A2LA-accredited calibration laboratory.
Veriteq is the only company to state accuracy after one-year. Veriteq data recorders provide fail-safe records with a 10-year internal battery and on-board memory, which ensures data immunity from power outages and network downtime.
The 1016/1416 series Multi-Application Temp Recorders are available for shipment from Veriteq’s worldwide network of direct sales and independent distributors.
