Cork, Ireland, March 30, 2010 (PressReleasePoint) -- German Property Investment has had increased interest over the past year. The main features of the German Property market such as low prices and slow steady performance which were previously seen as bad points are now seen as assets. Investors who have seen their more risky investments come back to bite them are now looking for a safe investment for their capital. Germany can offer stability beyond many other countries because of its position as the largest economy in Europe and third Largest in the World.

While there is a large demand for German Property, banks can still be a bit cagey when lending for Investment. As a result a new type of Property Product is required where the Investor is not reliant on a Bank. Property Sourcing Company GermanPropertyStore.com have found a product which is gaining a large amount of sales from their Clients. The company specialises in German Cash Buy Apartments. These Apartments are priced between €10,000 and €20,000 with Yields of at least 10%. These Apartments all have tenants in Place meaning the Investor does not have to wait for a return, they get their first month’s rent straight after the purchase.

Many Investors see these German Properties as alternatives to Bank Savings schemes. With Interest rates at an all time low, this kind of investment can offer Yields far above what a bank can offer. Coupled with this is a lack of confidence in the Banks, which is pushing Investors back to Bricks and Mortar Investments.
