Former Ordina CFO Hans den Hartog succeeds CEO Michel de Meijer

Hilversum, 16 September 2010 – The Board of Directors of Inter Access announces the succession of CEO Michel de Meijer by Hans den Hartog. After consultation with the Board of Directors, De Meijer decided to resign as Inter Access’ CEO. Den Hartog, CFO until March 2010 and member of the Board of Directors, is his nominated successor and new CEO.

Michel de Meijer directed Inter Access through a turbulent time. Now, a new phase starts for Inter Access and therefore Michel decided to delegate the final responsibility of the company to a successor. The Board of Directors respects Michel de Meijer’s decision.

The Board of Directors is pleased that Hans den Hartog is prepared to take on the responsibility as new CEO of Inter Access. It is our solid conviction that Den Hartog, with his experience and knowledge of this industry, is able to contribute considerably to a profitable growth in the years to come. Hans den Hartog will start his CEO activities as of today. For the next period, Michel de Meijer will delegate his responsibilities in consultation with Den Hartog.
