A new update just hit the App Store for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and brings some much-requested features to the fan favorite Star Wars game.

Among the updates includes improved support for Made For iOS (MFi) controllers, including the MOGA Ace Power, Logitech PowerShell, and SteelSeries Stratus. Whereas a previous update for KOTOR introduced limited controller support, the new update adds full controller functionality, meaning players can play the game completely with a controller (and without use of the touch screen) if they wish. Heads up that these controllers work on devices running iOS 7 only.

The update also introduces iCloud save functionality to allow players to transfer a saved game between iOS devices. Players will have to be connected to Wifi for iCloud saving to work, but once connected they’ll be able to push and pull their saved game to iCloud so they can pick up and play on any iOS device!

Lastly, the new update adds localized text and subtitles for multiple new languages, including French, German, Italian, and Spanish, making the game much more accessible to the international community.

Knights of the Old Republic usually goes for $9.99 but is currently on sale for half off at $4.99.
