Achieve One 5.0 is currently available to those organizations participating in the SAP Business One 8.82 Ramp-up, with the public release to coincide with the unrestricted release of SAP Business One 8.82 in Q1-2012. The new Achieve One release will also support SAP BusinessObjects Edge 4.0 for expanded Business Analytics, Queries, Dashboards and Reporting.

Port Jefferson, NY, United States., October 20, 2011 - (PressReleasePoint) -  – Achieve IT Solutions, Inc., a Gold Level SAP Partner, today announced they will be unveiling the latest version of their Achieve One application at the upcoming ASUG SAP Business One Summit on October 26-28, 2011, in Lake Lanier, GA.

Achieve One 5.0 is currently available to those organizations participating in the SAP Business One 8.82 Ramp-up, with the public release to coincide with the unrestricted release of SAP Business One 8.82 in Q1-2012.  The new Achieve One release will also support SAP BusinessObjects Edge 4.0 for expanded Business Analytics, Queries, Dashboards and Reporting.

In addition to the support of the latest releases of SAP Business One and SAP BusinessObjects, Achieve One 5.0 includes a variety of new features, including more than a dozen new WMS Analytics Dashboards & Reports, several new Order-to-Cash Inquiries, Pre-Bill Processing in Container Management, expanded serial/batch processing, and advanced unit of measure management.
Achieve One 5.0 Enhancements:

• WMS Analytics Dashboards & Reports:  With more than a dozen new dashboards and reports, users have comprehensive analytical data into all warehouse activity.  New features include; Bin Activities, Item Warehouse Activity, Customer & Vendor WMS Transaction Ledgers, Employee Productivity, among many other multidimensional and date driven analytics.
   
• Order-to-Cash Inquires:  Four new inquiries provide SAP Business One users the true 360° view into their Order-to-Cash process.  From within each inquiry, users can access any and all transactions within any of the stages of the Order-to-Cash cycle, by Customer, Item, Vendor or Warehouse.
   
• SAP BusinessObjects Edge 4.0:  Organizations utilizing SAP Business One that are looking to take advantage of the new SAP BusinessObjects Edge 4.0 can utilize Achieve Business Insights and begin utilizing the wide range of real-time data universes, and predefined dashboards, queries and reports.

• Pre-Bill Processing in Container Management:   Many importers often have purchasing terms that requires them to take legal ownership of incoming inventory before the materials are received.   Incorporating the AP Reserve Invoice functionality of SAP Business One, this new feature provides importers the ability to take financial ownership of incoming inventory, prior to the issue or receipt of Purchase Orders, and then receive items via Container Management.

• Expanded Unit of Measures:  This new feature provides the ability to maintain multiple units of measure per item, with the option of setting up ability to define if the unit of measure is the default, available or not allowed to be processed in Sales and Purchasing documents.   Unit of measure conversion factors, dimensions, weights and barcode id numbers are used in freight and logistics planning.
   
• EDI:  The new Achieve One EDI processor allows defined and approved EDI transactions to flow automatically between SAP Business One and you’re EDI VAN.  Several new Sales and Purchasing EDI Reports provide transactional level information for a user defined time period.
