A Florida Developer is putting scores of properties on the auction market with no reserve prices and no minimum.The luxury apartments on a development in a fantastic location in Florida will be sold to the highest bidder –however low that bid might be.

Brian and Debbie Gill from Leamington in Warwickshire successfully bid $270,000 (£135,000) for a 6th floor three bedroom apartment at Oceanwalk Condominiums on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
