“Life Is Better When Share”; The Core Value For Sheraton Hotels

Based on Sheraton’s core value of “Life Is Better When Shared”, The Human Resources Department organized a joyful day out for the associates and managers.

Based on Sheraton worldwide core value of “Life Is Better When Shared”, Human Resources Department of Sheraton Cairo organized a wonderful Nile cruise where all associates, department heads & executive committee enjoyed a joyful day out.

Based on Sheraton’s core value of “Life Is Better When Shared”, and Sheraton Cairo Management’s belief of the importance of enhancing team spirit & associates’ social activities, the Human Resources Department organized a Staff Gathering Day. They arranged a river cruise, in order to further friendship among all associates and managers in an atmosphere of fun and collegiality.
The event was held from 2 pm to 5 pm and was attended by 150 staff members from different managements and departments.

The cruise started by listening to the words of Ms. Dalia Abdeen; The Director of Human Resources, Ms. Faten Halim; Director of Training and Mr. Sameh Abdelwahab; The Hotel Manager/Director Of Operations; who emphasized during his given word on the importance employees’ satisfaction as a base for achieving hotel goal and guest satisfaction.

After that, the attendees enjoyed their lunch together tasting different kinds of food and deserts while cruising in the river enjoying the most authentic nil scenic views from their lunching table, then more than three bands were showed and finally they took a group picture all together.
Everyone had a great time and the gathering definitely brought staff and managers closer together. That’s why everyone said ‘Really it’s an experience not to be missed’.
