North American Auto Recyclers Launch New Green Portal
Green Vehicle Network - their goal is to provide the auto recycling community and indeed the ‘going green’ movement as a whole with a central hub to disseminate news, commentary and knowledge to the masses.
Toronto, Canada, September 10, 2009 --If you are like most folks these days and are currently (or planning) to do something green for the planet, then you definitely want to visit this new 'going green' portal launched by a group of North American auto recyclers.
Going green has been all the buzz lately but GreenVehicleDisposal.com’s founder Standard Auto Wreckers (www.StandardAutoWreckers.com) has been that color for many years. Owners David and Ken Gold made it clear a long-time ago that the only way of disposing of vehicles was the environmentally friendly way and a few years ago they decided to use their close connection to others in the industry as a way of bringing together like-minded auto recyclers into a close knit network where they could share their ideas, experience and push forward their agenda of eco-friendly auto recycling, thus Green Vehicle Disposal (www.GreenVehicleDisposal.com) was born.
Today this group is proud to announce the launch of a brand new portal, Green Vehicle Network (www.GreenVehicleNetwork.com) – their goal is to provide the auto recycling community and indeed the ‘going green’ movement as a whole with a central hub to disseminate news, commentary and knowledge to the masses.
When interviewing Jay Granofsky, who has been working on the marketing and promotion of this new site, he stated: “With popular programs like ‘Cash for Clunkers’ in the USA and ‘Retire your Ride’ in Canada it seems even in tough economic times we all know how important it is to keep up the fight against pollution and other environmental challenges to help make the earth a cleaner place for future generations.”
Green Vehicle Network (www.GreenVehicleNetwork.com) is comprised of three main areas brought together as a main informational portal. There is a blog to keep up with news stories or enjoy the Friday funnies, a forum to express your opinions with like minded individuals and a directory to help find websites and businesses online that support ‘green’ initiatives.
Bottom line is that if you are a green business or an eco-friendly supporter, this portal is a great destination for you.
