NPSA Announces Single Site Operator Workshop and Container Solutions' Founder Phil Herndon will discuss insights for the single site operator.

KANSAS CITY, MO. (Nov. 4, 2010) – The National Portable Storage Association (NPSA), a nonprofit membership association dedicated to the advancement of the portable storage industry, has announced "Insights for the Single Site Operator," a workshop at its 2010 Conference and Trade Show. The eighth annual conference will be held in Orlando at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotel Nov. 7-9, 2010.

"Insights for the Single Site Operator is always one of our most popular sessions," says John Finnessy, CMP, Executive Director of the NPSA. "This workshop will be moderated by NPSA Global Container's feature writer, Phil Herndon. He is also known as 'The Single Site Guy' because he's got a wealth of knowledge about single site portable storage operations."

Herndon is the founder of Container Solutions. Launched in 1999, Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Container Solutions is focused on meeting customer needs and providing the best service in the container industry. Instead the company seeks to provide customers what they are looking for. Container Solutions focuses on dry and refrigerated rental fleet on the East San Francisco Bay area. Container Solutions does not inventory large quantities of containers.

"Phil will discuss common issues facing most NPSA members. He'll tackle everything from container coatings, how to prepare your storage container for use, shop safety and modifications to repairs, yard management, security, software, trucking and other issues," says Joel Rathbone, Operations Manager at the NPSA. "This workshop offers conference attendees the opportunity to talk about problems at their shop and get answers from others in the industry who have faced and solved those issues."
