NPSA(The National Portable Storage Association) Announces 2011 Chairman

The National Portable Storage Association on the heels of the mid-term elections, has elected a new board of directors for 2011.

KANSAS CITY, MO. (November 18, 2010) – On the heels of the mid-term elections, the National Portable Storage Association, or NPSA, is once again preparing to witness a passing of the torch in its leadership ranks.

The NPSA is pleased to announce it has appointed Marc Caputo as its Chairman of the Board. Caputo will chair the NPSA in 2011. Caputo has served on the NPSA’s board of directors for the past three years, including two years of service as Secretary. Led by Caputo, the NPSA’s new board of directors will work to help NPSA members embrace the opportunities and tackle the challenges of this growing industry.

"Welcome to all of our new board members, and are thrilled that Marc is stepping up as the new chairman. We look forward to his leadership and direction,” said John Finnessy, CMP, Executive Director of the NPSA, a nonprofit membership association dedicated to the advancement of the portable storage industry. “Together, we can open new doors for portable storage companies and the vendors that serve them in 2011."

Caputo is general manager at Instant Storage in Bakersfield, Calif. The company has been serving the greater Bakersfield/Oildale community for almost 30 years. Instant Storage has supplies on-site storage systems for successful Central California and Florida businesses with its standard container rentals and individually customized storage units.
