Number of People Travelling to New Zealand Increases from Last Year Because of Cheap Flights from Booming National Airline
After starting a huge promotional push in the last year to promote tourism to New Zealand, flights to New Zealand are becoming more popular and affordable.
London, UK, June 02, 2008 (PressReleasepoint) -- Many moons ago one of the only ways to go to New Zealand was flying through Australia or other south pacific countries to reach this magical destination. But after the government decided to promote not only their spectacular landscape as some of you have seen in many popular movies or their amazing past, now we have a variety of options to get to New Zealand. The fruits of those efforts are being reflected in the increased number of people flying to New Zealand.
If we compare the statistics from last year we can see a 10% growth (source: transport.govt.nz ) giving airlines like Air New Zealand a fantastic opportunity to grow not only as a airline company but as a symbol of the progress of New Zealand.
After studying some of the options available to get to New Zealand, Air New Zealand was chosen as a perfect airline. In order to do that it was decided to take a plane from London to New Zealand. John McArthur, an independent airline research specialist, said "We were planning to do
research based on the increase of the frequency of flights to New Zealand and we realised that one of the main pushers behind this boom was Air New Zealand and a few other airlines that arrive at the same destination".
New Zealand has a population of 4,266,312 (source: stats.govt.nz ) and their airports have the capacity to handle the expected increased volume of upcoming passengers, making New Zealand a perfect destination for travelers around the world.
One of the main characteristics that is generating this boom is that Air New Zealand have flights from London to New Zealand, London to Hong Kong and London to Los Angeles making this locations the perfect port of entry for tourism and business opportunities.
Air New Zealand has proven to be an important part of the equation to promote New Zealand as a fantastic country to visit for holidays or business and the continuous increase of flight offers at http://AirNewZealand.FlightOffers.org makes this airline the first choice to fly to New Zealand for most people."
