SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – October 7, 2010 –Occam Networks®, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCNW), a leading broadband access supplier offering multiservice access platform (MSAP) solutions based on pure packet technologies, plans to report its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010, after the close of market on October 26.

Occam Networks plans to host its regular quarterly teleconference at 5:00 p.m. ET /2:00 p.m. PT on October 26. This call will be webcast live for all investors and archived on the company's website atwww.occamnetworks.com.
