Iconic Boca Raton, Florida oceanfront condominium selects Williams' design company for new model.

BOCA RATON, Fla. – One Thousand Ocean, the ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium located at the Boca Raton Inlet, has commissioned V*Starr Interiors to design a new model residence. Based in Jupiter, Florida, V*Starr Interiors is owned by tennis icon and designer Venus Williams.

“Knowing that Venus’ talents go beyond the courts, we contracted her design firm to present its interpretation of the unique One Thousand Ocean lifestyle,” said Jamie Telchin, president of development for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels, “We are confident that she and her team, headed by Senior Project Designer Sonya Haffey, ASID, will deliver eye-catching interiors that will appeal to our discerning prospective purchasers.”

Telchin also pointed out that OneThousandOcean has experienced notable success with furnished models in the past, having sold them not long after they were completed.

Having met Williams during the filming for an episode of HGTV’s “Selling New York” in which OneThousandOcean has a starring role, series star and leading Manhattan real estate broker Michele Kleier commented, “It’s always beneficial to bring a talented, high-profile designer into a project of this caliber. The four-bedroom, four and one-half-bath model at One Thousand Ocean encompasses 4,971 square feet under air with an additional 1,289 square feet spread across two oversized terraces featuring north, south and west exposures. Residents who already are, or who elect private membership privileges at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, may access the resort’s innumerable amenities and services at its main location (across the lake from One Thousand Ocean) or at the adjacent Boca Beach Club.

Currently 77 percent sold, OneThousandOcean has a variety of one-story Residences and Penthouses available, as well as two-story Beach Villas. Pricing is from approximately $3 million to $15 million.
