Thurlow Weed CEO of No Excuses Entertainment created the Medicated Chef Show in 2010. It only had a short run online even after the political editor of Skunk Magazine, Chad Nance, quoted it as being "The best educational program for marijuana in the last 40 years." The chef for the show moved on and Thurlow looked for another chef. Thurlow has now made history by holding the first ever worldwide cannabis cooking contest.
In closing Thurlow Weed made this statement, "In 2012 we saw the first brick fall out of the Cannabis Prohibition wall. As big and as strong and as united as this community has become, I believe in 2013 we will see a major part of that wall fall and we will see the Federal Government change their stance and some laws."
