RST chose Australia as the next office location to enable customers to benefit from a local service provider, with a global presence. This has fuelled RST’s expansion to provide both commercial and technical services, as well as contribute to the wider Oracle community in the Australia and APAC region.
Since opening the Australia office in January 2013, RST have been able to adopt a follow-the-sun services model, meaning a true 24x7 service can be delivered on a global scale by employees on an RST site. In doing this, RST is able to ensure that there are always highly skilled DBA’s on hand, providing customers with the highest levels of support. In addition to this, having several offices in Australia and the UK means customers are reassured that there is no single point of failure.
The success of RST over the last 15 years has meant that the company has grown substantially, enabling them to greatly expand their product and service offerings.
