Scottsdale, AZ, November 04, 2009 (PressReleasePoint) -- EcommerceNational.com of Scottsdale, Arizona, is a full service ecommerce website design and outsourcing firm. The acquisition was made for an undisclosed amount. The deal is expected to close within the next 30 days.

“Ecommerce National is a company that despite the economic downturn has continued to flourish. Many larger companies have overhead that is to large. They are unable to adapt as quickly as we can as an outsourcing firm. We are outsourcing kings” said Nick Palumbo a VP of eCommerce at the company.

Ecommerce National has technical teams in Bangalore, India. They provide ecommerce services such as ecommerce web design, link and affiliate building services, data entry services, web analytics, keyword discovery, internet marketing (seo services) and more.

“We are getting close to providing outsourced call center (outbound calling) and lead generation. These are exciting times to be a part of this organization” said Palumbo.

“We have talked to many of Ecommerce National’s clients in recent weeks and what they do best is provide a level of service that cannot be matched by large or small ecommerce based website companies. Nick and his team is really incredible” said Eric Rosen, President of P and R Online Inc.

Ecommerce National is in the final stages of their largest website launch to date. It’s a social networking software platform that is unlike anything on the current social media front said the executives and P and R Online Inc. The website is expected to launch in a few weeks. Ecommerce National declined to give further insight on the social website name.
