The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, detail oriented individual with a keen analytic mind and a strong interest in the ownership and operating partner side of the retail real estate business.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Underwriting potential regional mall acquisitions including communication with brokers, agents and principals in order to complete due diligence, perform cash flow modeling and analyze deal structures.
• Perform research to identify potential risks & opportunities and validate underwriting assumptions.
• Prepare investment recommendation packages for investment committee and financial partners.
• Conduct ongoing financial analyses for financial partners, leasing, property and asset management.
