PanIIT Hyderabad Meet at ISB on Sunday 20th September

Hyderabad, Wednesday, September 16th, 2009: Alumni of all the 7 IITs (PanIIT) of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad are getting together for a bout of social and professional networking at the ISB auditorium on Sunday, 20th of September.

The event will be marked by a host of fun activities like IIT Quiz, impromptu talent showcase and informals kiosk where challenging 1 min tasks will be thrown open to IITians and their family. The fun events shall be followed by talks of Dr. U B Desai, Director, IIT-Hyderabad, Mr. Jayaprakash Narayanan, MLA, Lok Satta and a panel discussion on “How do we increase the number of IITs without compromising quality and diluting the brand?" .

About PANIIT:

The PanIIT organization is formed as an umbrella organization covering alumni of all 7 IITs, to evolve a brand that would provide a strong fraternity among IIT alumni. In 2002, some like-minded alumni belonging to all IITs came together and formed a PanIIT Board. PanIIT Hyderabad is a local chapter of this global organization, and its objective is to connect all local alumni in the Hyderabad-Secunderabad-Cyberabad area.
