Paperworld Middle East has attracted a strong response from global office supply and paper manufacturers looking to make further inroads into the Middle East’s promising markets.

Keeping pace with the continued growth trend in the paper and office supplies market regionally, Paperworld Middle East 2013 is set to open today (Tuesday, March 5th). The show which will run until the end of the week at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, is considerably bigger and wider in scope than previous editions.
 
The trade exhibition, brought to the region by leading German trade fair and conference organiser, Epoc Messe Frankfurt, has 18% more exhibitors abd is 18% larger in space occupied since its launch in 2011.  It has gained widespread recognition from the regional markets as a viable business development and networking platform, establishing itself as a leading exhibition for office supplies, stationery and paper products.
 
Paperworld Middle East has attracted a strong response from global office supply and paper manufacturers looking to make further inroads into the Middle East’s promising markets. UAE based companies are also making their presence felt at the trade fair, with a 25% increase in the amount of space occupied by local companies.

Key players from the regional trade including wholesalers, distributors, hypermarkets & supermarkets, stationery shops, paper & office suppliers, gift shops, publishers & printers, bookshops, children’s shops and schools & universities, are expected to visit the exhibition over the coming three days.
 
The exhibition running from today (March 5th) to Thursday (March 7th) represents: Office Supplies, School Articles, Gift Articles, Greeting Cards/Calendars, Wrapping Material, Office Paper & Films, and Household Paper & Films.
 
Playworld Middle East – a trade fair for toys, games and children’s lifestyle products is running concurrently, allowing for shared synergies, particularly in the arts & crafts and hobby segments.
