June 16, 2011– PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. (OTC: PSSR.OB) and Mosaic ATM, Inc. announced today a broad teaming agreement whereby PASSUR will bring to market products, solutions, and services for Departure Metering, Networked Surface Management, and Integrated Traffic Management, which will combine PASSUR’s extensive airline and airport solutions capabilities with Mosaic’s sophisticated surface management technology.

The breadth and capabilities of PASSUR’s departure metering program will be significantly enhanced by the addition of new surface management features incorporating Mosaic ATM technology.

Mosaic’s surface management capabilities will also be incorporated into the PASSUR Integrated Traffic Management (PITM) platform. PITM is an integrated solution designed to increase the efficiency, predictability, safety, and cost effectiveness of airport/airline air and surface operations. PITM is part of a larger PASSUR platform that helps its customers improve the efficiency and the economics of the entire cycle of a flight, from gate to gate.

Mosaic’s capabilities in the area of monitoring, predicting, and analyzing the movement of aircraft on airport runways and taxiways will augment the broad suite of PITM solutions. PITM is built on several unique PASSUR capabilities, including a global, proprietary network of radar surveillance systems installed throughout North America and internationally, integrated aviation databases with extensive historical archives, and patented predictive analytical algorithms. PASSUR’s solutions enable airlines to predict arrival times more accurately, anticipate pending airport delays, manage congested airways and irregular operations more effectively, and coordinate with other aviation organizations to ensure the smoothest possible operations. As part of the agreement, PASSUR will be exclusively responsible for selling and marketing Mosaic’s products and technology to the commercial market.
