Ongoing series brought to you by Happy Soul Company. Motivated towards Assistance. Happiness. Independence.

Right now, as you read this, is the only time that really exists.

The past is gone.

The future is not yet here.

Sure, we are a result of our past.
If our past has been good, we indulge in happy recollection.
If our past has been bad, we indulge is sad recollection.

But do we lose the present when we think about the past?

The present, after all, is a present. A gift.

Should we not, instead, be intoxicated in the present?

Whether we like it or nor, our past is anyway going to act through our subconscious.

Why give it more attention than that?
Why not let go of the past?

Whatever happened, happened.

Is it not time to move on?

Time to let go.

Time to be free.

As long as we have a faith that believes that whatever happened, happened for a reason.

The reason may not be apparent to us, but who are we to decipher His divine plan.

Isn’t faith the belief that everything will be taken care of.

Isn’t faith the belief that your best interests will always be served.

Isn’t faith about believing.

What you want is one thing.

What you get is another thing.

What you need may be a completely different thing

Can you not at least try to believe that God will never hurt you.
You are a part of Him. Hurting you will be like hurting himself.

Lets try to think of the past as a parent.
A parent who has our best interest at heart, whose methods we may hate.
A parent who themselves may hate to disciple us, but who else will do it, if not they?

The past lives in our memory.
The past will be alive, only to the extent we allow it to be alive.

Be strong
Move on

If we choose to ignore it, not pay it any attention, then, the past will die.
