It is the third generation designed oil refinery unit, belonging to intermittent refining. It has superior advantages than those of large and medium scale oil refining equipment, allowing 2-5 ton per day refining of various oilseeds. This advanced oil processing method is applicable for oil refining from peanut oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, corn germ oil and animal oil.
Advantage of cooking oil refining machine unit:
The combined design of cooking oil refining machine enables high efficiency oil refining from oilseeds with high oil content and low residual oil. Only power source, water, fuel, alkaline, phosphoric acid and blenching clay are in need during the whole refinery process.
Major equipments during cooking oil refining processing line:
Neutralization pot: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing
Decolorization pot: Bleach oil and remove pigment.
Deodorization pot: Remove odor of oil(Made of stainless steel).
Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production, the temperature can reach 280℃.
Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg.
Air compressor: Dry decolorized bleaching clay.
Filter press: Filter bleaching clay.
Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization & distillation
Before light up conduction oil furnace, the processing temperature of conductive oil should be controlled at about 98 degrees. Start up vacuum pump in order to prepare for formal working of cooking oil refining machine.
The intermittent oil refining process includes feeding oil, heating, acid refining, alkaline refining, water washing 2-3 times, drying and dehydration. The total time consumption is about 24 hours.
Caution with cooking oil refining machine:
Every time after changing conductive oil, the temperature of conductive oil furnace must be kept at about 90 degrees and circulated for above five hours.
About neutralization pot and decolorization and deodorization equipment, heat energy must be distributed and adjusted reasonably. When deodorizing, must guarantee the temperature of deodorized oil at 240-260℃,other equipments are mainly adjusted by valves.
After maintenance, all heat conduction pipelines must use graphite gasket, adopt high temperature valves when changing valves.
Before lighting heat conduction furnace, must start heat conduction oil pump firstly, after heat conduction oil furnace’s flameout, heat conduction oil pump must remain in operation, it cannot be shuttled off until the temperature of heat conduction oil decreases below 100℃.
