Curtain wall aluminium composite panel refers to the composite panel applied as building curtain wall, which is the composite panel with plastic material as the central layer and aluminium on two sides of it as well as decorative and protective coatings or films as the decorative sides. Peel two ends of the aluminum material to be tested, of which, cut the central plastic part and aluminum part of one peeled end. Then, clamp the remaining aluminum on the upper panel and connect with the upper clamp. Clamp the other peeled end on the roller. Keep the length axis in vertical direction with the central axis of the roller, clear zero of the tester load, and connect the lower panel with the lower clamp of the tester; set the testing speed of 25mm/min for tensile until a minimum of 150mm is peeled. Record the peeling strength and curve simultaneously. Though there are detailed regulations of specimen preparation in the standard, the specimen preparation process would affect status of the two ends of the aluminum specimen. Therefore, in order to obtain accurate data and reduce the influence of the preconditioned (pre-peeling) process to the testing results, the tester should have a function of end deletion.
