The business is supported by its own full In-House Toolroom and managed Rapid Prototyping facility delivering a flexible and comprehensive service into many industries.

February 2012 will see Pentagon Plastics Ltd take delivery of Hewlet-Packards innovative Prototyping solution the Designjet 3D printer. This recently developed technology takes 3D CAD data and builds usable, durable and precise pre-assembled Prototypes in layers of ABS Plastic that meets demands in terms of fit, form and function and is always true to the original design.

The company was originally formed to cater for the needs of enterprises requiring a cost effective entry to the market for new developments with initial low volume start up demand through tooling solutions. Our fully managed Rapid Prototyping service with our business partner provides parts utilising the established SLA, SLS and Vacuum Casting process offering product designers a tangible solution for feasibility evaluation.
