Podcasters to appear in the hit US TV Show 24

Two men from Cornwall are set to appear in the hit TV show '24'. Tristan Stephenson & Jamie Wallis who started the 24 UK Podcast back in 2006 were invited out to LA for an 'access all areas' tour of the sets, and while on location with the 24 stunt crew they were invited to play an extra role as New Yorkers on the street during an action scene.

During their 10 days in LA Tristan & Jamie negotiated a deal to take their cameras onto the 24 sets where they were given unprecedented access. They filmed & documented their guided tour through many sets including the new CTU (Counter Terrorism Unit) and the remarkable recreation of the UN (United Nations)

Tristan & Jamie also hosted exclusive video interviews in various locations across Los Angeles. They interviewed many of the cast & crew including, Gregory Itzin plays President Charles Logan, (also starred in Star Trek, Law Abiding Citizen, The Mentalist), Jon Cassar (Award winning Director & Producer) and many more.

Tristan & Jamie are now working on the post production of their show and have already released 2 promotional trailers and their interview with award winning director & producer Jon Cassar. Over the next few weeks they will be releasing more exclusive interviews and never before seen footage of the 24 sets, all through their website where listeners can subscribe to the podcast. With the contacts they made during their trip Tristan & Jamie have already begun to schedule more interviews from the UK.

The idea of the podcast was thought up during a night out in Wadebridge and started out as a bit of fun, Tristan & Jamie now have thousands of listeners from all around the world and were most recently nominated in the 2009 podcast awards.

Jamie says: "Their were so many highlights in LA, the set tour was fantastic and we never imagined the possibility of appearing in the show"

Tristan says: "What we experienced in LA is a dream of any fan of the show, we spent over 3 hours on the set mixing with the cast & crew, and we will be releasing some amazing footage over the coming weeks"
