This handheld CATV analyzer, model 783A, includes an auto measurement mode and a slope measurement mode. It automatically obtains parameters including total number of channels, channel type (analog or digital), and channel spectrum in its auto-measurement mode. The rugged analyzer is equipped with a high-contrast, backlit LCD screen and incorporates a high interference immunity design to ensure that TV images are displayed at the best graphic quality. It can be easily connected to a PC or printer to save or print test data via data cable. In addition, this shock-resistant analyzer offers protection against harsh environments and is able to operate continuously for more than 16 hours on a single charge.
