It is widely used in the R&D, production, installation, verification and maintenance of SDH, PDH, PCM, DTU and data protocol converter equipment.
This handheld E1/Datacom transmission analyzer, model5859, supports dual E1 channel testing, round trip delay measurement, pulse mask measurement; APS delay measurement, frequency and offset measurements, level measurement and manual or auto-timer measurements. This easy- to- use analyzer functions as an E1 tester, Datacom tester and G.703 CO and drop & insert tester. It provides full-featured measurements for errors, alarms, signaling, tone and timeslot data and helps to verify quality-of-service in your networks via easy-to-download test options. Test results can be uploaded, conserved and printed through included software via USB interface to a computer. This analyzer can save up to 10 user-defined configurations and 10 groups of results. It is powered by built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery providing 4 hours continuous operation and has an AC power supply as well.. In addition, it boasts a large, high-resolution, contrast-adjustable, backlit LCD with a smart navigation mode. Its portable design, simple operation and multifunctional features make it an invaluable tool for field testing.
