A practical evidence-based application for the Oncologists which helps the decision making about antiemetic prophylaxis

Lugano, Switzerland, March 17th 2014- (PressReleasePoint) - Emesis Guide is an application designed as a practical tool for the Oncologists, aimed at facilitating the decision making on the antiemetic therapy to be administered to patients undergoing a specific chemotherapy regimen.
A large proportion of cancer patients still suffer from chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV),  with negative consequences on compliance, health status and quality of life. It is therefore very important to optimize CINV prophylaxis with the most appropriate antiemetic schedule.
Emesis Guide contributes to speed up the decision making about antiemetic prophylaxis.
It is an evidence-based application.
