CONCORD, CALIF., June 20, 2011– Exadel™, a leading global software engineering company that provides services, solutions and technology, today announced completion of the Tiggr Beta Program and new features being introduced as a part of its subscription-based solution. Tiggr is a Web-based application for creating, sharing, and previewing interactive HTML prototypes for Web and mobile applications that significantly reduces misunderstandings and rework that often accompanies development. The new SaaS offering is free to try or $20 per month for a professional subscription with an unlimited number of projects. Exadel is also offering a promotional price of $15 per month, valid forever, for all who subscribe before September 30, 2011. Full detail on all available subscription options is available atwww.gotiggr.com.
“Engaging stakeholders in the design and creation of the user interface for Web applications can be challenging for any design house or internal team,” said Fima Katz, CEO of Exadel. “Tiggr is designed to solve this problem as well as empower mobile application developers with first-of-its-kind capabilities for building mobile web and native apps for any device.”
With thousands of projects created using Tiggr during the successful 7-month beta program, Exadel has incorporated new features and usability enhancements in its web-based application that make it easier than ever to build rich UI prototypes. Features include rapid prototyping with Web Preview (HTML/JS/CSS generation), social sharing, and the ability to upload your own image assets. The mobile palette also offers controls based on the jQuery Mobile framework for iPhone, iPad, Android, or any other mobile device.
Tiggr also makes communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders simple, easy and lightning fast. For the majority of instances where only one user is editing; when an additional user joins the project, collaboration sync automatically kicks in. Users now also can save any screen as a template and then use the template to easily create and customize new pages; set events such as OnClick, OnChange, etc, and associate actions with those events such as setting a value or opening a pop-up window. The popular real-time IM feature in Tiggr is now complemented by the addition of an annotations feature where you can add notes to the prototype further assisting successful communication. Additional features include:
* Simultaneous editing of multiple screens by multiple users
* New project history and backup
* New components for Web palette: Lists, Tree, Accordion, Collapsible Block
* New theme support for Mobile prototypes
* Mobile Grid component now supports resizable cells
* "Start page" screen property - select any page to be the start page in Web Preview
* Quickly change screen layout for mobile prototypes
Tiggr enthusiasts can follow ongoing developments via Twitter @gotiggr, Facebook, the GoTiggr Blog and new users can view a 3-part “quick start” video introduction on Exadel’s YouTube channel where subscribing to the channel delivers notifications of new videos as they appear.
