PREVIEW: Sussex continue quest for quarter-final berth

Sussex Sharks continue their quest for a Royal London One-Day Cup quarter-final berth when they travel to Canterbury to take on Kent Spitfires today (2.00pm start).

The Sharks are three points shy of the top of the Group B table with two games remaining in the group stages, and play a Kent side who are top of the table and yet to lose in this year's competition.

Sussex's last outing on Sunday saw them beat Somerset by seven wickets via the Duckworth/Lewis Method, in a match eventually reduced to 33 overs per side. Yasir Arafat (pictured) was the star of the show for the Sharks, taking 5 for 36 from seven overs.

James Anyon, Rory Hamilton-Brown, Matt Prior and Michael Yardy all remain unavailable due to injury, whilst Chris Jordan is with the England side ahead of the final Test Match with India on Friday.
