PrivateServer Integration Enhances Cyber-Ark Software Solution

ARX's PrivateServer� HSM has been certified with the Cyber-Ark Software, Inc.'s product line to enhance the company's product offerings.

San Francisco, California January 6, 2009

ARX announced today thatPrivateServer, their multipurpose HSM (Hardware Security Module), is now interoperable with Cyber-Ark Software, Inc.'s  Digital Vault Server, the infrastructure for all Cyber-Ark products. Using PrivateServer with Cyber-Ark products will increase the secure capacity of Cyber-Ark's Enterprise Password Vault ™, their Inter-Business Vault, and their Sensitive Document Vault® offerings. Cyber-Ark's vaulting solutions create safe havens-distinct areas for storing, protecting, and sharing the most critical business information.

PrivateServer provides a secure environment for conductingsensitive cryptographic operations, secure key storage, and the management of a large number of keys. Due to its network-attached architecture, PrivateServer is able to offer a highly secureFIPS 140-2 Level 3HSM with a very simple setup.
