Procera Networks Announces Date of 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

FREMONT, Calif., March 18, 2013 — Procera Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PKT), the global intelligent policy enforcement company, today announced that it will hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 9:30 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Procera’s principal executive offices located at 4121 Clipper Court, Fremont, California.

Stockholders of record on April 4, 2013 will be eligible to vote in person or by proxy at the meeting. A formal notice of the meeting and other details regarding Procera’s 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be mailed to stockholders of record on or about April 19, 2013.
