Margery Krevsky, owner and CEO of Productions Plus–The Talent Shop made the announcement.

Productions Plus, which generated $20 million in revenues for 2009, recently acquired The Talent Shop and now operates as Productions Plus – The Talent Shop. “From a Michigan perspective, we have become the leader in our industry and have grown into a national presence,” said Krevsky. “We’ve seen a tremendous increase in demand for our talent since the acquisition which reflects our clients’ understanding of the importance of our trained, professional and articulate spokespeople, models, actors and product specialists.”

With more than 15,000 individuals in its ever-growing nationwide talent database, Productions Plus-The Talent Shop is the largest Screen Actors Guild-certified franchised talent agency in Michigan. “We are actively booking actors for films, commercials, voice-overs, industrials and print,” said Olga Denysenko, Director, Theatrical Division at Productions Plus – The Talent Shop.

Denysenko added, “We have a lot of Michigan born actors based in Los Angeles who are now moving back to the area because there are so many jobs here.”

The company currently provides talent for auto shows, trade shows, conventions, automotive marketing, ride and drives, dealer meetings, promotions and product demonstrations. It specializes in finding talent for voice-overs, runway, print, film, television and commercial projects. Its database identifies highly trained actors, product specialists, narrators, models, costume characters, hostesses, crowd gatherers, greeters, celebrity impersonators for auditions, casting calls and assignments.
