Project Forwarding Certificate in Shanghai targets Rising Stars
A professional development course for junior managers and rising stars in the project forwarding industry will be held from March 12-13 in conjunction with Breakbulk China 2013 at Intex Shanghai, China.
Brisbane, Qld, Australia., January 9, 2013 - (PressReleasePoint) - A professional development course for junior managers and rising stars in the project forwarding industry will be held from March 12-13 in conjunction with Breakbulk China 2013 at Intex Shanghai, China.
Course presenter and general manager of the Project Professionals Group, Kevin Stephens, said the Project Forwarding Certificate met the needs of all trainee managers and rising stars associated with the shipping and project forwarding sectors and others seeking more knowledge of this vital industry.
Mr Stephens said feedback surveys from previous attendees had recorded a very high satisfaction rate with the ISO accredited course.
“I would urge companies to support this kind of meaningful professional development if they wish to develop and keep their top talent and skilled labour,” Mr Stephens said.
“The course focuses on helping people working in the multimodel project logistics industry to feel empowered and confident to solve problems and make decisions on their own,” Mr Stephens said.
“We are not aware of any other tailored training package that seeks to fast track managerial skills and knowledge through a specific project forwarding training and education course.”
The course is open to all project forwarders, over dimensional tender managers and industry partners such as port authorities and shippers.
Investment in the two-day training is US$1800 per person; US$1650 for 2 – 3 persons; US$1500 for four or more persons, and includes a one-day Breakbulk exhibition hall pass.
