Project Manager’s Director Jennifer Whitt – Bridges gives out useful techniques on prioritizing and managing all types of corporate projects; from the easiest to the most rigorous.

On a 6:25 minute video for Project Manger’s whiteboard session, Jennifer Whitt Bridges stated that no matter how big the project is or how many people are required to complete it, huge budgets included; if it is something that has been done repeatedly where most of the people working for it has been executing the same things that’s become mature to them, even if this project is something that’s complex, but the project manager’s team is used to it, It could be something considered as simple, rather than complex.

Whitt – Bridges said that all projects should be considered the same since they all are assets to a company. It just requires a conditioned state of mind for a project manager to see these as equal.
