PDF version-- PSE&G is reporting about 120,000 customers are without power at this time. About 80,000 of those outages are in Bergen County, while about 21,000 customers in Passaic and Essex counties are affected. The utility provides electric service to 2.1 million customers.
-- Crews will continue to work throughout the day and night to restore service. The utility is also getting assistance from utilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania through an arrangement called mutual aid. About 200 workers from AEP and Duquesne Light will help restore power in hard-hit Bergen County beginning tomorrow morning.
