Offers Enhanced Functionality in Non-PO Invoicing & PNet KPI Dashboard

October 3, 2008 – PurchasingNet, Inc. (www.PurchasingNet.com) today announced general availability of PNet Software Version 9.3. The latest PNet offering includes the PNet eProcurement Suite, PNet ePayables Suite, and the PNet Financial Management Suite.

PNet Version 9.3 was created to enhance the end-user experience and provide increased internal controls to improve business performance.

Some highlights from the new features and functions in PNet Version 9.3 include:

• Improved support for Professional Services invoice processing. These types of invoices now utilize a contract Purchase Order in the PNet eProcurement Suite to insure that the contracted amount of services is not exceeded.
  
  
• Also for Non-PO Invoicing, an email notification can now be sent to a Requestor if their invoice is rejected.
  
  
• In the KPI Dashboard & Best Practice KPI Library, part of the PNet Financial Management Suite, historical KPI’s can now be captured for up to 12 periods at one time.
  
  
• Trend charts in the KPI Dashboard and Best Practice KPI Library can now reflect a graphical view of this data for up to 12 periods.
  
  

Several of the enhancements included in V-9.3 were the result of feedback from PNet Client Forum Brainstorming sessions and subsequent balloting process.
