Purple Turtle Pilot Episode Nominated for “Dadasaheb Phalke Award”

Purple Turtle licensed by Aadarsh Pvt Ltd, which recently had participated at the World Book Fair 2014 held at New Delhi showcasing various books and toys along with its first pilot animation episode.


New Delhi, April 30, 2014 -(PressReleasePoint)- Purple Turtle licensed by Aadarsh Pvt Ltd, which recently had participated at the World Book Fair 2014 held at New Delhi showcasing various books and toys along with its first pilot animation episode “The Case of the missing cupcakes” has been nominated for Dadasaheb Phalke Award. The Award ceremony is being held in New Delhi.

“The Case of missing Cup Cakes” exhibits the story of Purple Turtle, World’s cutest Turtle along with his friends Zing , Biggy , Melody , Roxy and more, and displays a very exciting, entertaining and adventurous animation series made for children. During its showcase in New Delhi, many children along with their parents loved and appreciated this video.

The Dadasaheb Phalke Award is India’s highest and prestigious award in the field of cinema given annually by the Government of India, named after Dadasaheb Phalke, who is considered as the father of Indian cinema. This award recognizes personalities, animation videos and various contributions towards the development of the Indian cinema.
