Dayton -- Qbase Holdings, LLC announces today that it hasacquired MetaCarta, Inc., a divested business of Nokia.

MetaCarta serves primarily governmentas well as oil and gas customers. Nokia will retain MetaCarta’s geographicintelligence technology, which it is incorporating in its local se

archand other services.
