QPC buys Perimeter Technology
LONDON, UK (14TH JULY 2008): QPC today announced that it has bought Perimeter Technology, a developer of Management Information Systems for Contact Centres, based in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA.
The new North American QPC business will focus on developing next generation Management Information Solutions for telephony and other work types within contact centres, offices and customer service environments. In addition the business will also distribute and support QPC’s existing products and services within the North American market.
“We’re really happy to be part of the QPC group, Perimeter and QPC have always worked together very well having collaborated on the VU-ACD MIS for over two decades. Not only will we be able to offer the exceptional support our existing customers expect but it will also give huge impetus to our next generation management information solutions and we can serve the North American market with some great new products,” says Kevin Rook, CEO of Perimeter.
“Perimeter has a long record of successful MIS development and as part of QPC they will have the resources they need to support their strategy going forward. QPC now has global coverage to serve its customers with offices in APAC, Europe, MEA and North America so we’ll also have a great springboard to bring new solutions to the world wide market,’ says Phil Smith, founder of QPC.
