Qualifacts’ customer user group to focus on metrics-based performance optimization for the improvement of health and human services organizations

NASHVILLE, Tenn. and GETTYSBURG, Penn., March 18, 2013 – Qualifacts Systems, Inc., announced today to more than 250 attendees at its annual users’ conference that it is launching, with the collaboration of OPEN MINDS, a specialized users’ group focused on metrics-based performance management using the Qualifacts CareLogic Enterprise electronic health record. The Success Metrics User Group will work with a selected group of Qualifacts customers to provide technical assistance focused on performance improvement and organizational readiness for healthcare reform.

“Our goal with the CareLogic Enterprise EHR has always been to provide our customers with more than just software,” said David Klements, president and CEO of Qualifacts to the customers gathered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. “The collaboration with OPEN MINDS – the go-to experts on performance management in the health and human service field – allows our customer executives to realize even more value from their CareLogic investment.”

While the CareLogic Enterprise EHR already provides Qualifacts customers with a range of metrics for organizational management, the Success Metrics User Group members will receive enhanced reporting and technical assistance services. These benefits include performance management dashboards and comparative benchmark reporting, online meetings of User Group members to review quarterly benchmarking data, an annual meeting of the User Group members to review industry administrative and clinical benchmarks, and individual organizational technical assistance.
