R series inline helical harden face (hard teeth) gearbox with motors are one of four great series of gearmotors developed by Ningbo donly transmission.
Which have the feet mounting and flange mounting structure, and can be easily mounted in vertical and horizontal directions and any angle in space.
They are designed and manufactured based on modular idea. They have single stage transmission, two stage transmission and three stage transmission. Through the combination of different gearbox, four, five, six stages gearmotors are available, the maximum ratio can reach 15000, the minimum output speed can reach to 0.1rpm.
Connecting gearbox and ac motors with various ways including connecting directly, connecting with IEC adapter, connecting with shaft input then with coupling to connect with motors.
Various accessories are available for various functions like with brake to realize fast stop, with encoder and speed adjustable motors to realize close loop speed adjusting, with PTC elements to realize temperature monitoring, with roller table motors to realize high start torque and high and long blocking capacity and suitable for high temperature environment, with metallurgy and crane motors to realize high overload and heavy duty working conditions, with IP66 to realize outdoor use and so on.
