THE POLLACK PR MARKETING GROUP TO MANAGE NATIONAL PUBLIC GARDENS DAY WITH SUPPORT FROM SIX WORLDCOM PUBLIC RELATIONS GROUP PARTNERS ACROSS THE US

CENTURY CITY, CA (February 26, 2009)–The Pollack PR Marketing Group (PPMG), a 24-year-old multi-specialty public relations and marketing agency, announced today that longtime agency client Rain Bird, the leading manufacturer and provider of irrigation products and services and the American Public Garden’s Association (APGA), an organization devoted to strengthening the public gardens throughout North America, has expanded its relationship with PPMG to generate national awareness of Rain Bird’s commitment to water conservation in the landscape and the APGA’s mission to resource the environmental stewardship of the nation’s public gardens through launching the first annual National Public Gardens Day (NPGD) on May 8th, 2009.

To establish awareness for both Rain Bird’s corporate stewardship and the APGA’s mission, PPMG will launch a campaign that draws public attention to the conservation efforts of America’s public gardens by creating a brand for National Public Gardens Day, broadcasting a unified message to various publics and leveraging the support of local and regional gardens. The campaign’s end vision entails an increased public awareness of both Rain Bird and APGA’s leadership in environmental stewardship and species and resource conservation.

Also, in accordance with the APGA’s mission to strengthen and resource the nation’s public gardens, NPGD seeks to raise awareness of the educational and conservation leadership each garden demonstrates.
