Drawing on his own experience of substantial operational restructuring , Neil Sutcliffe, chairman of i-nexus, will discuss the critical issues in implementing programmes effectively, and demonstrate how technology can play a vital role in successful execution.                       

About the Presenter

Neil Sutcliffe worked for fifteen years in the telecommunications equipment sector for Marconi plc. Prior to 2001, he served as the CEO of Marconi's Services division where he initiated and led a substantial Six Sigma program. From 2001 to 2006 he played a central role in the rehabilitation and turnaround of the company following its financial distress, serving as COO prior to the sale of the business to Ericsson in early 2006. Neil provides consulting and advisory services to enterprises, specializing in operational management. He also serves as Chairman for Comply Serve, a provider of web-based project compliance solutions for highly regulated industries. He has been a Non-Executive Director of i-nexus since May 2006, and holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester, England.
