NAPA, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation’s Central California Area Office and concessionaire Pleasure Cove Marina, LLC announce the extension of the temporary closure of Spanish Flat Recreation Area at Lake Berryessa through Friday, March 14.
Extending the temporary closure, which began on Monday, February 24, and was scheduled to end on Friday, March 7, will permit Reclamation and Pleasure Cove Marina, LLC to complete the upgrades to the facilities by installing new picnic tables, fire rings and upright barbeque grills. The work was delayed due to recent rains.
The temporary closure of Spanish Flat Recreation Area is not impacting the hours of operation of any other developed recreation areas, marinas or day use areas at Lake Berryessa.
