He previously founded and was CEO of Optimax Systems, Inc., a provider of PC-based applications for optimized scheduling of manufacturing plants, which was acquired by i2 Technologies in 1997. Prior to that, he held senior marketing management positions with NEC Information Systems, MathSoft Inc. and Lee Data Corp./p
