"Employment Hubs" would be a place where Job seekers can register for Jobs,Apply Jobs and Search Jobs. Job Seekers can also Walk-In Interviews and Training Programs at the "Employment Hubs".

"Employment Hubs" would also help Employers not only to Hire Both Active & Passive Jobseekers but also do the Employer Branding Exercises & Conduct Walk-In Interviews to attract Local Talent.

Refer2win had also conveyed that it would be building a "Referral Partner" network under each of this "Employment Hubs" to attract Passive Job Seekers through its Referral based Model.

Refer2win would tie-up with "Referral Partners" who are Freelancers who are looking a Part-time Income & they have to source suitable profiles for the Job Requirements.

Refer2win has also announced that it would start 15 "Employment Hubs'' by end of Apr'2010 in Hyderabad and later expand this model to all other parts of India.
